The bag is made of multi-layer plawil that is resistant to abrasion, tearing and weather conditions, ensuring long-term use.

The bag comes with a set of chains with swivel ends. Each chain has welded links for high tear resistance.

The bag is equipped with an additional attachment point that allows the bag to be attached from the bottom, limiting its swinging during training. Bags should be attached to expanders; stiff ropes should not be used for this purpose.

How to fill a purchased punching bag?

The best way to fill a punching bag is with scraps of material (e.g. cut up clothes).

You can get fabric scraps for free at most tailors. Alternatively, you can use sawdust for filling (be sure to check for sharp pieces of wood).

Note: When using sand, its share in the filling should not exceed 20% and in the case of rubber granulate, not more than 50% , as the capacity of this model is too large for this type of filling and the bag may be too heavy and too hard.

The weight of the bag when filled should not exceed 60 kg.
