How to choose the right size?

The sizes given in the table refer to the material in its resting state (without stretching).

The protectors are made of elastic material, with a maximum extensibility of approximately 70%, which allows for a wide range of sizes. The smaller the size, the more the gripper will press against the elbow area.

Practical example:

What size should a person choose whose arm circumference above the elbow (B) is 36 cm and below the elbow (B) is 31 cm?

Answer:

Both sizes S and M fit well, in the case of size L the protector also fits, but it does not press hard enough on the elbow area, which may result in it moving during training.
