The UW11 HMS is a handle designed for both high and low pulley training. It's primarily used to work the lats, and with proper positioning, it can also be used to work the abdominal muscles. The inner handles allow for biceps and triceps training.
The handle shape allows for a wider range of motion than a straight or narrow grip. It allows for stronger muscle contraction, resulting in a more effective workout. Its design ensures ideal hand positioning and encourages proper movement. The wide handle spacing allows for exercises to be performed at a different angle than with a narrow grip. This allows for effective training and full development of the muscle group. The steel construction allows for training with significant weights.
The outer handles are positioned for a neutral grip. This allows for engaging alternative muscle groups during exercise compared to exercises with a straight grip. The rubber-coated handles allow for a firm and comfortable grip, allowing you to focus on precise exercise execution.
The UW11 HMS model will allow you to easily and effectively develop your back muscles as well as smaller muscle groups.
