How does it work?

• In low temperatures, clothing, gloves, the best shoes or socks will not always ensure your thermal comfort.
• Extremities such as hands, feet and toes are particularly vulnerable to frostbite or freezing, which has fatal consequences.
• In the case of frostbite, certain tissues freeze, causing damage to smaller blood vessels. This, in turn, leads to impaired blood circulation and cell death in the affected area.
• The direct cause of cell death is oxygen deprivation. In milder cases, low temperatures can cause frostbite, or frostbite. This causes body parts exposed to cold to become red, painful, and swollen.

• ONLY HOT® heaters are the most effective form of prevention against freezing or, in extreme cases, frostbite.
• Thermal pillows are made of natural, environmentally friendly substances such as:

• Reduced iron powder [FE] – responsible for the release of heat in the oxidation process [contact of oxygen with the powder],

• Activated carbon – is responsible for absorbing oxygen, thanks to which the iron powder produces heat,

• Table salt – accelerates the oxidation of iron, so you can feel the heat coming out almost immediately after opening the heater,

• Mineral vermiculite – is responsible for maintaining the appropriate moisture concentration in the heater.

Immediately after tearing the package, heat is released. This occurs through contact between iron powder and oxygen – an oxidation effect. The perforation [membrane] in the cellulose nonwoven fabric of each warmer ensures proper oxygen supply, thus ensuring perfect and even heat distribution, allowing the warmer to operate for 6-10 hours. The generated heating temperature of ONLY HOT® products is regulated by the microporous nonwoven fabric, preventing overheating and the risk of burns. Depending on the warmer type, it reaches temperatures between 50 and 70 degrees Celsius.
